Alcatel-Lucent, Samsung Electronics and Special Events Group rent offices in ETC

European Trade Center attracted three leading international companies – Alcatel-Lucent, Samsung Electronics and Special Events Group. The leased office space, a total of the three companies is 2 000 m2.


The most modern and spectacular office complex in Bulgaria – European Trade Center concluded a lease agreement with the world-famous fashion giant Inditex who is going to locate its office in an area of 400 m2 in the complex.

The outsourcing company for business services Point New Europe leases 2 600 m2 in the complex in order to locate there its own call center.


Inditex Group is one of the biggest Spanish corporations and one of the leading fashion groups in the world who owns the brands ZARA, Pull and Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, ZARA Home and Uterqüe. Most of these brands will have their own stores in Carrefour Tzarigradsko mall which is situated in a common complex with European Trade Center. The office of Inditex is the first representative one in Bulgaria and shall be situated in building B of European Trade Center.

CallPoint New Europe is one of the leaders in the outsourcing industry in East Europe. Founded in 2004, the company offers a full set of voice services connected with the client relations, gathering of takings or telemarketing. CallPoint New Europe has call centers in Sofia, Plovdiv and Bucharest as their newest office is going to be situated in European Trade Center.

50% of the spaces in the complex are already leased as the first tenants are going to enter in February 2010. These are Vivacom and Carrefour - respectively occupying 23 000 m2 and 6 700 m2. The contact signed with Vivacom is the largest leasing agreement for office premises on the Bulgarian market.
